Senior Production Data Input Associate

About the role

IQVIA, a global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence, is hiring a Senior Production Data Input Associate in Taguig City. Under guidance, the associate configures client reports from standard IQVIA systems and supports the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and document client requests for new, custom reports using IQVIA data, or access standing contractual orders for monthly, quarterly or yearly reports.
• Define report elements and validate that client needs match the data content instructions, identifying the product categories and segments to include.
• Log receipt of incoming data from established IQVIA data suppliers and ensure accuracy of all work.
• Answer questions from less experienced colleagues and perform functions as directed by the supervisor or team lead.
• Follow quality processes such as checklists and standards, escalate issues to the supervisor, and perform client maintenance and segmentation as required.
• Perform ad hoc reports and train the team on what is required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Science for Pharmacy with at least 1 year of experience.
• Willingness to do production work and accept ad hoc, special project or other challenging tasks.
• Ability to work in a team, follow directions accurately, work under time constraints and changing work volumes, and process large amounts of data to isolate issues.
• Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills, customer focus, attention to detail, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to move between projects and a quick grasp of new processes; general knowledge of the company's products and the pharmaceutical industry.

The role typically reports to the Team Lead, Production.
