Senior Procurement Analyst

About the role

As a Senior Procurement Analyst you will be the primary point of contact for a designated supplier within a specific commodity family. You will ensure that materials are sourced efficiently, delivered on schedule, meet quality standards and are cost‑effective, supporting RTX’s aerospace and defense operations in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end relationship with assigned supplier, including schedule coordination and purchase order administration.
• Monitor delivery performance to guarantee on‑time, quality‑compliant, and cost‑optimal supply.
• Communicate with the supplier to replenish quantity‑needed items and maintain appropriate inventory levels using MRP.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to verify payment status and resolve invoicing issues.
• Support vendor negotiations and continuously seek process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain roles.
• Proven experience in supplier management and vendor negotiations.
• Familiarity with procurement procedures and best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
