Senior PMO Analyst - Post Trade Solutions

About the role

LSEG is seeking an experienced PMO professional to support Post Trade Solutions (PTS), covering portfolio governance, financial oversight, reporting and delivery assurance across a complex portfolio of programmes and projects. The role ensures robust governance, accurate financial management, high-quality reporting and adherence to delivery standards, working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate portfolio governance, produce governance packs and dashboards, monitor project health and support stage-gate reviews and investment approvals
• Support portfolio budgeting, forecasting and month-end processes, track CapEx and OpEx, and partner with Finance teams
• Maintain integrated portfolio plans, monitor dependencies and support resource planning and capacity management
• Maintain RAID registers, review risks and issues and escalate significant ones
• Act as a key user of Clarity PPM, ensure data accuracy and produce management information
• Support reporting improvements, automation and continuous improvement of PMO processes
• Manage stakeholder relationships across PMO, Programme Management, Finance, Technology and Business teams

Required profile

• Significant PMO experience in change, transformation or technology portfolios
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, project lifecycle controls and reporting
• Experience supporting financial management such as budgeting, forecasting, accruals and variance analysis
• Experience in Financial Services or a similarly regulated environment
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
• At least a foundational understanding of AI, or a strong interest in growing in this area
