Senior Multimedia Designer

About the role

Coins, the leading crypto brand in the Philippines, is looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer to shape and elevate its visual identity across digital and print channels. You will work closely with product, marketing, and brand teams to ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of the visual brand across all media formats.
• Bridge product and brand experiences, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
• Mentor and support the growth of the design team.
• Research visual design trends and best practices.
• Design for both digital platforms and traditional print media.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, product, and brand departments.
• Establish design standards and build systems that enable rapid execution while preserving brand integrity.
• Champion design excellence and raise quality standards across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of visual design experience in an agency or client‑side setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a distinct design style and creative approach.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain visual design systems.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
