Creative Designer

About the role

Join Outsourcey to help shape the future of work by creating compelling visual assets for a fast‑growing BPO. You will work on a variety of design projects, from social media graphics to packaging, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the graphic design lead in developing visual concepts for social media, website assets, EDMs, store signage, marketing materials and packaging.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and stay updated on graphic design trends across digital platforms.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, manufacturers and printers.

Required profile

• Extremely high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Creative and conceptual thinker who can adapt to feedback and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in fashion and a desire to work in a fun, supportive setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Basic video editing skills.
