Mid Product Designer

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Product Designer to shape the experience of LawAdvisor, a legal‑tech platform for lawyers and law firms. You will translate product strategy into high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes and design systems that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key responsibilities

• Tackle complex product challenges in the legal‑tech domain, balancing technical constraints, business goals and user workflows.
• Own design projects end‑to‑end with minimal supervision, from research and wireframes to final visual assets.
• Communicate design decisions clearly to cross‑functional teams and champion an open, collaborative design culture.
• Maintain and audit accessibility standards to ensure inclusive product experiences.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and stakeholder teams to align vision and ensure design intent is realized.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a portfolio that explains the problem, solution and impact.
• Strong eye for visual detail and ability to link business strategy with user‑centred design.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks and quickly acquire domain knowledge.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to boost design productivity.
