Senior Magento Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Digital Marketing Specialist with deep Magento expertise to drive performance across our global e‑commerce ecosystem. You will own the end‑to‑end digital journey, balancing hands‑on execution with strategic platform governance.

Key responsibilities

• Own digital performance across Magento, Marketo, Knak and Algolia, focusing on conversion, engagement and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights and prioritize optimization opportunities, including A/B testing and personalization.
• Develop and evolve personalization strategies for key audience segments and manage preference‑center and re‑engagement programs.
• Maintain governance standards, ensure data integrity and provide frameworks for regional teams.
• Lead initiatives to improve the overall digital customer experience, overseeing landing‑page, portal and UX development projects.
• Support global campaign execution, implementing segmentation, dynamic content, nurture programs and lead scoring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience supporting international clients in digital marketing and e‑commerce.
• Strong background in marketing automation, website optimization and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive measurable performance improvements.
• Excellent project‑management and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Willingness to work in the New Zealand time zone.
