LinkedIn Digital Marketing Analyst

About the role

The Digital Marketing Analyst will serve as the online focal point for strategic growth, collaborating with operational leaders and third‑party partners. You will lead email campaigns, marketing automation, and brand messaging across all digital platforms for TRT.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain department budget and lead the digital marketing team.
• Produce KPI dashboards and monthly cross‑channel performance reports with actionable insights.
• Develop conversion‑optimization strategies to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Implement tracking for marketing initiatives using Google Tag Manager.
• Benchmark performance across online channels and advise on KPIs.
• Report on key metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyze user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis, and multi‑channel attribution.
• Identify innovative methodologies to enhance analytical procedures.
• Work daily with analytical tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably B2B.
• Experience in change management, stakeholder management and influencing without authority.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and drive initiatives with minimal direction.
• Proven leadership of teams of three or more high‑performing individuals.
• Strategic and innovative thinking.
