Campaign Operations Graduate – Live Streaming

About the role

The Campaign Operations Graduate will support ByteDance’s LIVE team in the Philippines, helping to design, launch and optimise live‑streaming campaigns that drive creator activity and platform revenue. This entry‑level position offers exposure to real‑time content operations and the fast‑moving creator economy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing live campaign and content operation strategies, monitoring performance and delivering actionable insights.
• Support the full creator campaign lifecycle, including launching themed activities to boost creator output and quality.
• Collaborate with live agencies and internal teams to align campaign rules, improve event execution efficiency and operational capability.
• Plan and execute regional online events and creator incentive campaigns to enrich content diversity and drive revenue growth.
• Track regional creator and user behavior, identify pain points, and propose optimisation recommendations to enhance event impact and user experience.

Required profile

• Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in both Filipino and English.
• Strong interest in live streaming and the creator economy, with awareness of current industry trends.
