Senior Ivalua Integration Consultant (Manager Level)

About the role

The Ivalua Integration Senior Consultant leads the design, configuration, implementation and support of Ivalua Source‑to‑Pay solutions for enterprise customers in the Philippines. The role works closely with procurement, finance, legal and IT stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business processes and integrates with core ERP and finance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Ivalua S2P modules covering sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management and procure‑to‑pay.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations, including workflows, approval rules and master data.
• Configure supplier onboarding, controls and data quality mechanisms.
• Support integrations with ERP/finance systems such as SAP, Oracle and Workday.
• Participate in testing, deployment, go‑live and post‑go‑live support activities.
• Advise clients on procurement best practices and Ivalua platform capabilities.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in procurement systems or enterprise applications.
• 4–7 years of hands‑on experience delivering Ivalua implementations, preferably across multiple countries.
• Consulting or system‑integrator background with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to balance standard configuration with specific business requirements.

Required skills

• Ivalua Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) modules.
• ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, contracts and P2P processes.
• Ivalua Certified Consultant (preferred).
