Senior IT Support

About the role

Temenos is seeking a Senior IT Support professional to deliver high‑quality, reliable, and user‑focused IT services to internal users. The role acts as a senior escalation point, ensuring stable and secure IT environments while collaborating with other IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide second‑line and senior‑level support, logging and managing requests via phone, email, ticketing systems, Microsoft Teams and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software and user‑access issues, acting as escalation point for high‑priority incidents.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, collaboration tools and meeting‑room equipment.
• Coordinate hardware replacements, upgrades and roll‑outs with vendors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and support device lifecycle management.
• Mentor junior support staff and promote defined support, incident and request management processes.
• Maintain and improve support documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise with a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with other IT teams.
• Experience acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Capability to mentor and guide junior support team members.
