Senior Internal IT Audit Analyst

About the role

This hands‑on senior position leads and participates in IT audits across U.S. and international operations of Regal Rexnord. The role works in a hybrid model, combining onsite presence with remote flexibility, and contributes to the Corporate Internal Audit team’s frameworks and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and assist with information technology audits, covering risk assessment, planning, execution, and results communication.
• Evaluate business processes, identify risks, assess IT controls over operating systems, databases, infrastructure, and applications (SAP and Oracle preferred).
• Perform testing of internal controls for financial reporting compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley Section 404.
• Conduct data analytics using extraction and analysis tools and collaborate with external audit firms as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in external or internal audit, preferably with IT focus.
• BS in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance; CISA, CIA or CPA certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
