Junior Automation Developer

About the role

The Junior Automation Developer will support the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across Regal Rexnord. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to automate processes using RPA, workflow tools, and generative AI technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop, and Automation Anywhere.
• Support AI‑powered business solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and related AI services, including building chatbots, knowledge‑management tools, and AI agents.
• Participate in process discovery workshops, gather requirements, and design automation solutions for functions like Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Service.
• Write scripts, APIs, and connectors in Python, C#, JavaScript.NET, and SQL to integrate enterprise systems with automation platforms.
• Monitor solution performance, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain technical documentation while ensuring compliance with security and data‑privacy policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of internship, project, freelance, or professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, basic programming knowledge, and a keen interest in automation and AI.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in a global, cross‑functional environment.
