Senior HR Manager – Strategic Business Partner

About the role

Frabelle Corporation dba J&F Foods is seeking a senior HR leader to act as a strategic business partner and cultural champion. The role will guide HR strategy, ensure compliance, and drive employee engagement across a fast‑growing food manufacturing business generating over $110M USD in revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Live, lead, and embed an organizational culture aligned with the Johnsonville Way.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop HR strategies that support long‑term business goals.
• Plan, design, and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives to ensure compliance and strategic alignment.
• Oversee talent acquisition, talent management, rewards, performance management, employee engagement, and learning & development programs.
• Advise management on legal implications of employment decisions and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Analyze organizational trends to improve performance and employee experience.
• Manage and coach the HR team, providing development opportunities.
• Lead year‑end tax annualization and ensure accurate withholding tax reporting per BIR regulations.
• Develop and manage the HR operational budget.
• Partner with Johnsonville’s US team to standardize HR practices across entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required); MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years leading HR teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
