About the role

The Senior Manager – Talent Consultant leads the people strategy for a specific Line of Service, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. This role shapes the employee experience and drives business impact through strategic partnership, coaching, and data‑informed insights.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to Line of Service leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Drive talent initiatives that influence employee engagement, performance, and retention.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and thought partnership to leaders on team effectiveness, talent development, and organizational design.
• Translate people data and analytics into actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Lead and manage the delivery of complex people programs, including performance management, engagement, and leadership development.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, high performance, and continuous growth.
• Navigate ambiguity and complex organizational dynamics with sound judgment and strong communication.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of relevant HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an HR Business Partner or Talent Consultant role.
• Proven experience advising senior leaders and driving people initiatives that impact engagement, performance, and retention.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and managing complex people initiatives.
• Solid understanding of performance management, engagement, and leadership development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
