Senior Group Head – Business Operations (COO Equivalent) – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a transformational operations leader to drive the next phase of growth for a fast‑growing multi‑brand Food & Beverage group in the Philippines. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you will oversee enterprise‑wide operations, shape strategic direction, and ensure operational excellence across a portfolio of premium restaurant brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business operations for multiple restaurant brands, ensuring service consistency, profitability, and execution excellence.
• Own enterprise‑wide commercial performance, driving revenue growth, cost optimisation, and margin improvement.
• Partner with the President & CEO to execute long‑term growth strategy, identify scalability opportunities, and prepare the organisation for large‑scale expansion.
• Build and inspire a senior leadership team responsible for 1,000‑2,000 employees, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with finance, HR, supply chain, marketing, brand management, quality assurance and business development to align operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the Food & Beverage or restaurant industry.
• Proven success overseeing large multi‑unit restaurant operations or multiple business brands.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise‑scale operations with annual revenues of ₱2‑3 billion.
