Senior Graphic Designer – Large Format

About the role

Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer specialized in large‑format production. You will create high‑quality, print‑ready visual assets for signage, murals, wallpapers, and custom cutouts, working closely with design, print, and production teams to meet client specifications and tight timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare visual specification packages for art, signage, logos, wallpaper, murals, and cutouts using PowerPoint.
• Create, preflight, and deliver high‑resolution production files for roll‑to‑roll, flatbed, CNC, and laser‑cut workflows.
• Ensure color accuracy through adjustments, matching, and proofing.
• Refine and output print‑ready artwork with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Maintain organized documentation, version control, and file systems.
• Produce files for non‑paper media (canvas, vinyl, acrylic) and support AI‑assisted asset generation.
• Prepare ADA‑compliant signage and related production packages.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging technologies, including AI tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in graphic production or design coordination.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑format production workflows and hardware (roll‑to‑roll, flatbed, CNC routing, laser cutting).
• Portfolio demonstrating large‑format, production‑ready design work.
• Familiarity with ADA/braille signage software.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
