About the role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our digital and e‑commerce team. You will create ad creatives, campaign materials and other digital assets while guiding a small team of junior designers.

Key responsibilities

  • Create engaging ad creatives using product photos and digital assets.
  • Set creative direction for new projects and mentor junior designers.
  • Review designs, provide feedback and ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop campaign, promotional, event and other marketing materials.
  • Use performance data and creative insights to improve future designs.

Required profile

  • Strong portfolio showcasing e‑commerce, digital and advertising design.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Canva.
  • Familiarity with Notion or ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Experience mentoring or reviewing work of other designers.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
