E-Commerce Production & Graphics Supervisor

About the role

The E‑Commerce Production & Graphics Supervisor leads the live production and graphics team that supports livestream projects for our e‑commerce platform. You will ensure smooth live operations, high‑quality visual content, and timely delivery while collaborating with hosts, account managers and other departments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Live Production and Graphics team, assigning tasks and monitoring deadlines.
• Oversee livestream setup, technical operations, and production requirements.
• Review graphics, overlays, layouts and other visual assets for quality and consistency.
• Troubleshoot technical and production issues in real time during livestreams.
• Coordinate with Live Hosts, Live Admins, Account Managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain and manage production equipment and software, ensuring proper usage.
• Identify and implement improvements to production workflows and team processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in livestream production, graphic design or technical operations.
• Previous team‑lead or supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and organizational abilities.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Binondo, Manila on shifting schedules.
