Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer

About the role

The Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer will design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end software systems for Maya’s all‑in‑one financial platform. You will work across backend and frontend layers while championing quality engineering practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clean, secure code for backend APIs (Java/Spring Boot, Node/Express) and frontend interfaces (React, Flutter, Android/iOS).
• Design and integrate automated test suites (unit, integration, API) into CI/CD pipelines.
• Model database schemas, optimise query performance and implement secure integration patterns for Postgres and MongoDB.
• Coordinate API contracts, integration patterns and testing requirements with product, platform and infrastructure teams.
• Continuously evaluate implementations against product goals, performance standards and security requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of professional software engineering experience covering both frontend and backend.
• Hands‑on experience across the full software delivery lifecycle, from development to deployment and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
