Senior Finance Manager

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager will safeguard the company’s financial health, driving long‑term growth and operational stability. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting and risk management activities while providing strategic insight for executive decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and produce rolling quarterly forecasts.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new initiatives and capital investments.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements with variance analysis.
• Manage consolidation of financial data across departments or regions.
• Oversee treasury functions, cash‑flow management, accounts receivable/payable and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, tax planning and timely statutory filings.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate external audits.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering professional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA or CMA.
• 5–8 years of progressive finance experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• High integrity and strong professional ethics.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, macros).
• Experience with ERP systems – SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or QuickBooks.
