Branch Operating Standards Lead

About the role

As the Branch Operating Standards Lead you will own the playbook that defines how every Salmon Bank branch operates, from customer visit to regulatory compliance. You will ensure the documentation, controls and audit readiness stay current as systems, processes and regulations evolve.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a 40+ document playbook covering SOPs, policies, process manuals and role definitions for 24/7 phygital service, three‑shift operations, cash desk, maker‑checker controls and queue management.
• Map each procedure to BSP MORB, PDIC and AMLC regulations, identify gaps and close them.
• Represent branch operations during BSP, PDIC and other agency examinations and drive findings to closure.
• Ensure audit readiness by embedding traceable evidence, logs and controls in daily operations.
• Document and maintain operating standards for the Salmon Engagement Hub and oversee operational readiness for new branch and hub launches.
• Define service standards, run periodic compliance reviews and make branch openings repeatable against a single documented standard.

Required profile

• 8+ years in bank branch and cash operations in the Philippines, including at least one branch or network launch you led to go‑live.
• 3+ years focused on operating standards – authoring and owning SOPs, process manuals and role documentation.
• Deep knowledge of BSP MORB with proven experience mapping procedures to regulatory provisions and closing gaps.
• Direct experience representing branch operations in BSP and PDIC examinations and driving findings to closure.
• End‑to‑end command of cash desk, vault, limits, reconciliation and maker‑checker controls.
