Senior Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Developer to join our growing engineering team. This is a 100% remote, full‑time position for candidates based in the Philippines, working on complex, real‑world software products in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack.
• Collaborate with the team on architecture decisions and conduct code reviews.
• Own features end‑to‑end from planning through deployment.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to DevOps best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and help foster a strong engineering culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following stacks: Laravel, Node.js, or React.
• Solid experience with Git version control and branching strategies.
• Hands‑on experience setting up or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools such as Claude Code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a passion for clean, maintainable code.
