Senior Content Analyst - Luxembourg Mutual Fund Data

About the role

LSEG's Price and Performance Lipper team delivers independent fund content and analytics to the global investment community. This Senior Content Analyst role is accountable to the team and focuses on Luxembourg data, supporting report migration, resolving data integrity issues and ensuring accurate, timely processing of financial data. It works closely with Client Success Managers, product management and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Luxembourg data, guiding on mutual fund structures, attributes and lifecycle processes, and acting as escalation point for complex data issues and client queries.
• Maintain governance and data integrity of Luxembourg coverage through periodic reviews and alignment with global data standards.
• Support complex mutual fund data issues in line with defined methodologies and data policies.
• Represent the Luxembourg function in internal reviews, audits, stakeholder discussions and cross-team forums.
• Take part in the European Lipper Fund Awards review, from end-to-end execution to coordination with global stakeholders.
• Create training materials, guidance documents and knowledge-sharing sessions on classification rules and workflows.
• Analyse workflows for improvement, automate and optimise processes, and maintain automation tools and workflows.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions for data discrepancies and quality concerns.
• Track and report KPIs on accuracy, operational efficiency and data quality, and support the quality assurance of Lipper service results.
• Resolve client data issues, support product delivery projects, and prioritise future enhancements in LSEG Lipper for Investment Management with product management.
• Support change management, champion continuous improvement, and support onboarding and coaching of team members.
