Senior Consultant – CarBravo Consultation Center (East)

About the role

The Senior Consultant will join the CarBravo Consultation Center team in Manila, supporting U.S. dealers on the CarBravo platform during night‑shift hybrid work. The role focuses on dealer engagement, program adoption, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert on CarBravo program features, benefits, and enrollment processes.
• Proactively reach out to dealers to inform them about new programs, updates, and promotions.
• Respond promptly to dealer inquiries, providing information on program details, resources, and troubleshooting.
• Assist dealers with inventory management, compliance, pricing strategies, warranty concerns, and pre‑owned vehicle operations.
• Advise dealers on online reputation, call tracking analytics, inventory optimization, and website performance.
• Coordinate communication between program management and dealers to ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with strong communication skills.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a dealer or automotive support environment.
• Ability to work night‑shift hours and attend occasional in‑office trainings or events.
