Senior Community Management Specialist

About the role

As a Senior Community Management Specialist you will be the voice of the consumer for Henkel’s beauty care brands. You will spark conversations, listen to community needs, and drive engagement across Instagram and Facebook while collaborating with both headquarters and regional digital teams.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Henkel brands on social media, identifying trends, issues and consumer requests.
• Build authentic relationships with followers through likes, comments, direct messages and personalized product recommendations.
• Engage with tagged posts and stories, especially from brand influencers, and reshare community content.
• Gather and translate community insights into actionable recommendations for product development and brand strategy.
• Collaborate with local and regional digital teams to align community initiatives with broader marketing goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or customer service.
• Passion for beauty and personal‑care products.
• Comfortable working night‑shift hours (9 PM – 6 AM) and a hybrid schedule at Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook and Instagram platforms.
• Experience using community‑management tools such as Sprinklr.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
