Senior Brand Designer & Social Editor (Hospitality / F&B)

About the role

D2B is looking for a senior Brand Designer and Social Editor to build the creative function of an established hospitality group from the ground up. You will create a complete visual identity and brand guidelines, then own their execution across nine venues. The role is remote from the Philippines during Australian business hours, working closely with an on-the-ground Marketing Coordinator in Australia who handles on-site shoots, venue relationships and content coordination. Paid advertising is handled by an external agency.

Key responsibilities

• Build a brand book from scratch (colour palettes, typography, brand archetypes), set tone of voice and copywriting guidelines, and establish brand governance and approval frameworks
• Redesign existing collateral so all nine venues share a consistent visual look, and centralise design assets on a team-accessible platform
• Manage daily artwork requests and menu maintenance, ensuring pricing accuracy and correct Italian and Greek spelling
• Produce event proposals, catering packages and sales documents as needed
• Create 20+ reels per month from quarterly photo shoot footage, manage the content calendar and coordinate user-generated content
• Work with the marketing coordinator and the content strategist on organic social content

Required profile

• Senior art director or brand designer level, with a portfolio showing a brand you built or overhauled
• Remote work experience and strong communication across time zones
• Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred

Required skills

• Expert Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
• Canva for day-to-day collateral and venue-level design
• Video editing and reel production for Instagram and Facebook
• AI tools for design ideation and for competitor research (e.g. Meta Ads Library)
