Senior Anaplan Consultant (L3) – Hybrid (Makati)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Anaplan Consultant (Level 3) to lead the design, development, and maintenance of Anaplan solutions for a major telecom client. The role is hybrid, based in Makati, and runs for a six‑month project.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Anaplan solution design, model architecture and performance optimisation.
• Develop and enhance models across FP&A, S&OP, sales and workforce planning.
• Manage ALM processes, including development, testing and production releases.
• Design and implement data integrations using Anaplan Connect, APIs or middleware tools, ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Maintain existing models, troubleshoot escalated issues and support post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, UAT support and knowledge‑transfer sessions with business stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Anaplan modelling and L3 support.
• Level 3 Anaplan Model Building certification (preferred) and experience delivering multiple Anaplan implementations.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work independently.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Required skills

• ALM and release management.
• Model performance optimisation, sparsity management and calculation efficiency.
• Level 3 Anaplan Model Building certification (required); Anaplan Solution Architect certification (preferred).

What we offer

• Basic pay of PHP 80,000 per month plus a PHP 8,000 allowance (PHP 1,000 per onsite day).
