Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

About the role

As a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist you will enhance the visibility, performance and user experience of our digital presence, applying data‑driven insights and best‑practice techniques to support business objectives and drive sustainable online growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct website audits, present findings and collaborate with developers to implement technical fixes.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business needs, including content, off‑page and local SEO.
• Create, analyse and communicate regular performance reports to stakeholders.
• Assess sites using tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console, and design action plans for technical, content and link‑building improvements.
• Monitor SEO trends, lead knowledge‑sharing sessions and train team members.
• Edit and localise web content (text, images, videos, links) within CMS platforms.
• Coordinate with business partners on digital web editing initiatives and other continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Web Design/Development, Marketing or a related field.
• At least one year of hands‑on SEO experience, including content creation and link‑building (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Excellent written and spoken English with experience presenting to international audiences.
• Ability to work a mid‑shift schedule (3 PM – 12 AM).

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools: SEMrush, Searchmetrics, Screaming Frog, SimilarWeb, Google Search Console, Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Drupal, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation abilities.
