Sea Logistics Specialist – eDocs

About the role

As a Sea Logistics Specialist handling eDocs within Kuehne+Nagel’s Freight Forwarding team, you will support the movement of diverse goods—from medicines to machinery—ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. The role combines process optimisation, stakeholder communication and adherence to strict compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve performance and productivity KPIs.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via phone or electronic channels.
• Follow standard operating procedures and working instructions.
• Maintain regular contact with the Team Leader and report activities.
• Proactively anticipate and resolve process issues.
• Strictly adhere to company policies, compliance, attendance and behavioural standards.
• Complete system‑based tasks accurately and on time, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Finish all assigned tasks before the end of each shift.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and prioritisation skills.
• Positive, proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules, including weekends, public holidays and overtime.
