About the role

The Scrum Master will drive Ascendion’s agile transformation, fostering a collaborative environment where high‑performing teams can thrive. This hybrid, full‑time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, and offers the flexibility to work both on‑site and remotely. You will work closely with stakeholders to align agile practices with business objectives, ensuring that the transformation delivers measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of agile transformation initiatives.
• Coach and mentor high‑performing teams to adopt Scrum practices, improve collaboration, and deliver value.
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure adherence to agile principles throughout the organization.
