About the role

Avensys is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to lead end‑to‑end implementations for our clients in Manila. This hybrid position offers the chance to work on complex HR transformation projects, collaborate with global teams, and shape the future of workforce management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Configure Foundation Objects, Employee Data, Job Information, Position Management, Organizational Management, Workflows, Business Rules, and Role‑Based Permissions.
• Design data models, event reasons, and approval processes.
• Execute data migration using import tools and templates.
• Integrate Employee Central with SAP HCM/S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third‑party applications.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, and UAT; troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage release upgrades and roll out new features.
• Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Train HR users and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, data security, and organisational standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least one full‑cycle Employee Central implementation.
• Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end rollout projects, preferably global.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification preferred.
