About the role

Flexso Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join its growing team. You will work on diverse client projects, translating business needs into robust SAP solutions while ensuring high performance, data quality, and security.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth communication between complex business processes, cloud applications, and systems.
• Translate customer requirements into technical logic without compromising performance, data quality, or security.
• Utilize SAP technologies such as Process Orchestration, BTP Integration, Enterprise Messaging, and API Management for successful integrations.
• Stay updated on SAP developments and share best practices with team members and clients.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of hands‑on SuccessFactors configuration and implementation experience.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, ask questions, and provide quick, efficient answers.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a collaborative and transparent communication style.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a commitment to building long‑term relationships.
