SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant – Southern Europe

About the role

Join Strada as a SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant focused on Southern Europe. You will guide clients through end‑to‑end payroll implementations, ensuring solutions meet both technical standards and business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle, aligning technical activities with best practices and client requirements.
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions according to customer specifications, following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality.
• Manage priorities effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of HR business processes and SAP HR architecture to deliver successful solutions.
• Support go‑live activities and ensure payroll system readiness.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with SAP HCM applications.
• 2–3 successful SAP HCM implementations.
• In‑depth knowledge of European payroll configurations, specifically Spain or Portugal.
• Strong client focus, accountability, and discretion handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, or equivalent.
