Sales Specialist – Inbound Sales

About the role

WindshieldHUB is seeking a remote Sales Specialist to handle inbound customer calls. Candidates must have proven sales experience, strong closing ability, and the confidence to guide customers through the booking process for auto‑glass services.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers actively seeking auto‑glass services.
• Convert qualified inquiries into booked jobs through effective sales execution.
• Guide customers through the booking process with professionalism and confidence.
• Handle objections related to price, timing, and service details.
• Clearly explain services, availability, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate notes and customer updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow company standards, sales processes, and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in phone or inbound sales.
• Proven strong closing skills and ability to handle live customer objections.
• Experience handling U.S. based accounts.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow‑up.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
