Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our retail team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, offer assistance, and provide product information.
• Suggest items, promote marketing promotions, and guide customers to shelves or bins.
• Process cash, credit card, and e‑wallet transactions accurately.
• Record all sales in the appropriate system (CSI, POS, or ESR) and meet daily sales targets.
• Handle cash controls, merchandise replenishment, store display, and cleanliness.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory checks and receive deliveries.
• Maintain legal and physical possession of merchandise.
• Prepare sales reports and assist the Team Leader with business processes when needed.
• Carry out any additional duties assigned by the Team Leader.

Required profile

• High school graduate with at least one year of retail or sales experience.
• Practical knowledge of simple arithmetic and basic computer operations.
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑service oriented, energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly.
• Team player, dependable, and flexible to work shifting schedules.
