Sales Officer – Banking Products (Nasugbu)

About the role

The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving in‑house sales and cross‑selling of the bank’s Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) products, as well as other banking services. Based in Nasugbu, Batangas, the role focuses on growing a portfolio of CASA accounts while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell CASA and other bank products to existing and prospective clients.
• Manage and expand a portfolio of CASA accounts to meet sales and deposit targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with branch staff and product teams to align sales activities with business objectives.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, account activity, and target achievement.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program, preferably in business or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in banking or financial services.
• Good knowledge of bank products, especially CASA and deposit offerings.
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Nasugbu, Batangas.
