Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and expand business opportunities for Vivere Hotel and Resorts. In this role you will build client relationships, develop sales strategies, and partner with internal teams to drive revenue and meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market reach, and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, event organizers and other key clients through personalized and professional service.
• Identify emerging markets, develop creative sales initiatives, and explore new opportunities to increase bookings, events, and overall revenue.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and coach the sales team to consistently achieve targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Required profile

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive sales experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in hospitality, tourism or a related service industry.
• Proven experience in developing accounts, generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, leisure, group and/or MICE markets is an advantage.
