Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the growth of our innovative lightweight concrete solutions across the Philippines. The role combines field‑based selling, client presentations and relationship management with contractors, architects, developers and distributors. You will be responsible for expanding market presence and achieving revenue targets in a fast‑moving construction materials environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B relationships with contractors, architects, developers and distributors nationwide.
• Conduct field selling, client presentations and site visits within the assigned territory.
• Identify and generate new accounts to expand market presence.
• Negotiate quotations and contracts to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective territory planning.
• Perform product demonstrations and mock‑ups as needed.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in construction sales (B2B sales required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate or a related field.
• Experience in real estate, construction materials or as a Sales Engineer is an advantage.
• Strong project‑closing strategies and negotiation skills.
• Goal‑oriented with a strong drive to meet targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client presentations, visits and mock‑ups.
