About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing U.S. logistics consultancy. The position is fully remote and focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting to generate qualified shipping and logistics opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Make at least 300 outbound calls per day to U.S. businesses.
- Engage decision‑makers, conduct professional conversations, and identify qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive CRM and track activity with PhoneBurner dialer.
- Meet daily KPIs: ~60 live conversations and 10 qualified leads.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach scripts and improve performance.
Required profile
- Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent suitable for U.S. audiences.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and adapting beyond scripts.
- Available to work U.S. business hours (Monday‑Friday).
- Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet home office.
- Coachable, punctual, and able to follow proven sales processes.
Required skills
- Experience with Pipedrive CRM.
- Familiarity with PhoneBurner dialer.
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems, email, and sales software.
