Sales Development Representative

About the role

MicroSourcing is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team. The role focuses on outbound prospecting to generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives, targeting both SMB and enterprise customers in the architecture, design, and technology sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, cold‑call, and nurture relationships with potential SMB and enterprise customers.
• Generate qualified pipeline opportunities for Account Executives.
• Identify customer pain points and articulate the value of MicroSourcing’s solutions.
• Maintain high activity volume while tracking performance in CRM and sales engagement tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role at a software or technology company.
• Proven track record of exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage decision‑makers and C‑level executives.
• High energy, resilience, and a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience using sales engagement platforms.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
