Growth and Client Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable professional to balance client management with business development across the Canadian and Australian markets. The role involves nurturing client relationships, supporting new business initiatives, and driving growth while working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify innovative ways to market our software to prospective clients and build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups, deliver demos, and close sales of software, solutions, and services.
• Onboard new clients through live training sessions and transition them to Customer Service Representatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients via video calls, phone, and email, tracking satisfaction and uncovering additional revenue opportunities.
• Develop tailored solutions for complex client issues and act as the primary point of contact for clients in Canada and Australia.
• Present new products, provide ongoing upsell opportunities, and deliver market and sales analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in SaaS, account management, sales, or business development with a proven track record of client growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
