About the role
Meralco is seeking a Sales Associate to manage sales, project implementation and after‑sales support for its clients. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Gather preliminary data and prepare client pitches and presentations.
- Assess client projects to determine feasibility, strategy, closing probability and delivery timeline.
- Oversee ocular/demo tests and coordinate with Technical and Operations departments.
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to create costing worksheets and compliant proposals.
- Liaise with relevant parties during proposal negotiations and ensure proper documentation.
- Identify and highlight potential issues during information gathering and documentation review.
- Close opportunities through signed proposals or purchase orders.
- Maintain client relationships and collect regular feedback on services.
- Prepare regular sales and commercial reports, including forecasts and analyses, for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; business‑related degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (transport sector preferred) or fresh graduate.
- Background in sales or account management.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, detail‑oriented and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
