About the role
Grupo Q, a leading automotive group in Central America, is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to drive vehicle sales for an assigned brand. You will work directly with customers, guiding them through the entire purchase journey while upholding the company’s high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Advise customers throughout the sales process, ensuring compliance with quality standards and achieving company NPS targets.
- Coordinate follow‑up activities and schedule test drives to meet sales goals.
- Manage all paperwork required for vehicle registration and sale closure.
- Prospect new customers to expand the existing portfolio.
- Support brand promotion events such as launches, caravans, and exhibitions.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales executive, preferably in automotive sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; currently in at least the fourth year of study.
- Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
