Sales Account Manager – Quick Service Restaurant & Industrial Savory

About the role

Sensient Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive growth for its Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and industrial savory product lines in the Philippines. The role blends field‑based customer engagement with strategic office work to maximise sales volume and gross margin across all product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with customers to understand needs and align them with Sensient’s product portfolio.
• Gather new product project requests and coordinate with the Technical Service Lab for development.
• Develop and execute a territorial coverage plan to manage accounts and prospects efficiently.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of key accounts, build relationships with decision‑makers, and operate within budget and company policies.
• Forecast annual sales, manage the sales pipeline, and submit detailed activity, expense, and call reports.
• Monitor competitive scenarios, market trends, and customer feedback to shape growth strategies.
• Handle sample requests promptly and ensure continuous communication with management, product teams, and technical staff.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset with a drive to win and a curious, motivated attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or an equivalent field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Food Technology principles.
• Understanding of basic Chemistry concepts.
