Client Relationship Management Specialist

About the role

Marsh Philippines is seeking a Client Relationship Management Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day communication with complex accounts, manage communications, and support client relationships across a portfolio of business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for assigned accounts and manage ongoing communications.
• Conduct client, industry, benchmarking, and risk‑map research for internal and external use.
• Support day‑to‑day account management tasks such as billing, calendars, and timelines.
• Liaise between internal senior professionals and business accounts, escalating issues when needed.
• Collect insights on relationship satisfaction and report findings to senior colleagues.
• Maintain fluency in the company’s service offerings and market trends.
