Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel Pre‑Opening

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Mandarin Oriental, Makati and help set the standard for luxury hospitality. As a Room Attendant you will ensure every guest room is immaculate, welcoming and ready for the hotel’s grand opening in 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites and assigned areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Make beds, refresh linens, replenish amenities and maintain spotless bathrooms, fixtures, furniture and floors.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages or missing items promptly.
• Use equipment and supplies efficiently and according to brand procedures.
• Uphold Mandarin Oriental’s intuitive and anticipatory service philosophy, respecting guest privacy and “Do Not Disturb” requests.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and ensure special preferences are fulfilled accurately.
• Participate in training sessions, SOP briefings and service culture programs.
• Support room setup, deep cleaning, mock operations, inspections and organization of linen rooms, pantries and storage areas.
