Retail Merchandising Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Merchandising Consultant to lead and manage end‑to‑end retail merchandising and salon development projects, from planning through deployment. The role involves translating brand concepts into practical store designs and ensuring timely, on‑budget execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage retail merchandising and salon development projects from planning to deployment.
• Develop project timelines, track milestones, and ensure on‑time delivery of installations, repairs, and retail executions.
• Coordinate with internal teams, salon partners, agencies, contractors, and suppliers for smooth implementation.
• Monitor project budgets and optimize resource usage.
• Create and oversee retail space designs, including layouts and 3D renderings, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to translate concepts into effective executions.
• Manage agencies and suppliers throughout development, fabrication, and installation.
• Conduct salon audits, site surveys, and regular visits to identify maintenance, repair, and merchandising opportunities.
• Maintain project trackers and provide regular status reports.
• Support project coordination, supplier approvals, and stakeholder discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management and interior design.
• Strong understanding of retail or spatial design and visual merchandising.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with capacity to translate concepts into practical design execution.
