Packaging Designer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Packaging Designer to join our Manila shared services team. You will create, update and prepare packaging artwork for multiple in‑house brands, ensuring files are on‑brand, print‑ready and ready for supplier handoff.

Key responsibilities

• Design and roll out packaging artwork across boxes, sleeves, swing tags, stickers, back stamps, manuals and other print assets.
• Prepare print‑ready files, checking dielines, bleed, trim, barcodes, copy placement and technical specifications before supplier handoff.
• Maintain version control, file naming conventions and organized working and final files.
• Apply colour management principles across CMYK, spot colours and various print materials and finishes.
• Collaborate with marketing, studio and buying teams to deliver packaging accurately and on time.
• Review proofs and raise any artwork or print risks before approval.
• Support ongoing improvement of packaging templates, workflows and file standards.

Required profile

• Experience in packaging design, packaging artwork or print production.
• Strong attention to detail and high file‑accuracy habits.
• Ability to work across multiple brand guidelines simultaneously.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Collaborative, solutions‑focused approach.
• Willingness to work onsite at Ortigas, Pasig.
