Restaurant Host / Guest Services Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive front‑of‑house team member to welcome and assist guests in our restaurant. The role involves greeting patrons, escorting them to their tables, handling phone enquiries and supporting the dining room staff to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a sincere welcome and escort them to their assigned dining area.
• Present menus, announce the waiter’s name and respond courteously to guest requests.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and provide appropriate restaurant information.
• Direct dining‑room personnel on guest needs to maintain fast and quality service.
• Assist with setting and clearing tables and help maintain a clean dining environment.
• Contribute to team efforts and perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Preferably a college or high‑school diploma.
• Minimum height of 5’3”.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong listening and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
